These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the text-messaging programs offered by Seehafer Refrigeration, doing business as Seehafer Dairy Technologies (“Seehafer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By voluntarily enrolling in a Seehafer Dairy Technologies SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
Program Descriptions
Alarm Server SMS Program
The Seehafer Dairy Technologies Alarm Server sends automated, non-marketing SMS notifications to enrolled customers concerning alarms generated by their dairy monitoring equipment or systems. Messages may contain a customer name, alarm number, alarm subject, alarm details, and instructions for acknowledging the alarm.
Employee Operational SMS Program
The Seehafer Dairy Technologies Employee Operational SMS program sends automated, non-marketing operational notifications to enrolled employees. Messages may include on-call assignments, after-hours service events, alarm escalations, service alerts, and other time-sensitive company operational information.
Enrollment in either program does not authorize unrelated marketing or promotional messages.
Consent and Enrollment
Recipients enroll by providing their mobile telephone number and expressly consenting to receive automated SMS notifications for the applicable Seehafer Dairy Technologies messaging program.
Customers may enroll in the Alarm Server SMS program through Seehafer's customer enrollment process.
Employees may enroll in the Employee Operational SMS program through the Seehafer Dairy Technologies Employee Hub by providing or confirming their mobile telephone number and separately agreeing to receive operational SMS notifications.
SMS consent is voluntary, specific to the applicable messaging program and mobile number, and may be withdrawn at any time. SMS consent is not bundled with acceptance of other terms or policies.
Before SMS notifications are enabled, recipients are informed that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and they may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies.
Alarm Server SMS message frequency depends on alarm activity associated with the customer's monitored equipment or systems.
Employee Operational SMS message frequency depends on on-call assignments, after-hours service activity, alarm escalations, and other operational events.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and mobile-service plan.
Opting Out
You may unsubscribe from an SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message.
You may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. After that confirmation, no additional messages from that SMS program will be sent unless you subsequently provide new consent.

Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and cannot be guaranteed.

Seehafer's collection and use of information associated with its SMS messaging programs are described in our Privacy Policy.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers solely as necessary to deliver and support the messaging services.
